Columbina Hyposelenia is a character who was first introduced as part of Fatui Harbinger.
As the second strongest rank after Capitano, image from Columbina impressed “innocent but dangerous girl”.
The narratives given by other fellow Harbingers especially Childe also makes the image of our Moon Goddess also makes her character dangerous.
The Harbinger's eyepatch-wearing figure becomes even more terrifying when Columbina sings beside Signora's coffin in the video for "Winter Night Lazzo.".
After completing the Archon Quest, you may realize that the characters are different from the ones that exist.
The new Moon Goddess who replaced the goddess worshipped by the Nod Krai people turned out to be very innocent, tending towards naivety.
This goddess, worshipped by the Frostmoon Scions, desires a place to return to. However, her power as the new Frostmoon, replacing Canon, is used by the Harbingers for research, particularly regarding Kuuvahki, specifically by Dottore.

Prioritizing Skills and Talent Rotation
Columbina's abilities center around Lunar Reactions. When Frostmoon is on the team, all Geo, Dendro, and Electro attacks are converted into Lunar Reactions, which are:
- Geo: Lunar Crystalline (there will be an additional 3 crescent moon shaped pillars)
- Electro: Lunar-Charged (there will be black clouds and lightning strikes)
- Dendro: Lunar-Bloom (collects Verdant Dew and transforms into a leaf-form attack)
Characters other than Nod-Krai characters can generate Lunar Reactions thanks to Columbina's ability.
Columbina's Elemental Skill generates a Gravity Ripple that deals AoE Hydro DMG. You can see a crescent moon behind the character when this Elemental Skill is active.
If you use Lunar Reaction continuously, Gravity Ripple will gather Gravity which will attack enemies based on the Lunar Reaction triggered.
You can see above that there's a large circle that changes color. Lunar-Charged will be purple, Lunar-Crystalline yellow, and Lunar-Bloom green.
Elemental Burst will increase the DMG produced by the Lunar Reaction and Gravity Ripple DMG produced earlier.
According to the author, Columbina is a character who support Lunar can be used by almost all DPS that produce the Lunar Reaction.
So, the abilities you should prioritize are Elemental Skill > Elemental Burst.
The author's preferred rotation is Elemental Skill -> Elemental Burst -> Switch to DPS. But you can also start with Elemental Burst first.
This former Fatui Harbinger can also be used as a DPS. The rotation you should use is:
Elemental Skill -> Elemental Burst -> Support that provides Lunar Reaction element -> Normal Attack -> Normal Attack -> Charged Attack -> Repeat.
If you are a DPS, you must increase your Normal Attack to the maximum level as well.
Genshin Impact Columbina Build Recommendations
Columbine is enabler Lunar reactions are best in games for now. So, build must strengthen the resulting Lunar Reaction.
Constellation Recommendations
If you use Columbina as a Support and activator for Lunar Reaction, C(0) is solid enough for you to use.
But of course, adding Constellations could add to Columbina's power as well.
The author considers C(2) to be your initial choice to pursue because it increases Columbina's Lunar Reaction and HP which are needed to increase the size of Columbina's Lunar Reaction.
C(4) is also good according to the author because it increases CRIT DMG from Lunar Reactions and gives buff for Lunar reactions.
Artifact and Weapon Recommendations
HP is the main stat you need for Columbina. As discussed previously, the source buff Lunar Columbina's reaction comes from HP. The total stats required are as follows:
- HP: min. 35,000
- Crit DMG: 160% – 200%
- Crit Rate: 80% – 100%
- Energy Recharge: min. 160
For artifact set Silken Moon's Serenade is your best choice to use the full set. This is followed by Aubade of Morningstar and Moon or Tenacity of the Millelith.
If Columbina becomes the attacker on-field, Night of the Sky's Unveiling become the preferred option.
Nocturne's Curtain Call is the best weapon choice. Other weapon options include:
- Sacrificial Jade
- Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds
- Tome of the Eternal Flow
- Prototype Amber (F2P Friendly)
- Reliquary of Truth
Team Recommendations for Columbina
The author believes that our Frostmoon team is actually quite simple. Choose characters that are well-suited for Lunar Reactions.
The author also suggests using support such as Sucrose to increase Elemental mastery or support Heal and Shield are very much allowed.
DPS like Lauma, Flins, Nefer, and Zibai are excellent. Other Nod-Krai characters like Aino, Yahoda, and Illuga can fill the second support spot alongside Columbina for Lunar Reaction.
Other DPS characters like Neuvillette, Navia, Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun You can also use this as an option. Here are some examples of teams you can customize to suit your needs:
- Columbina + Flins + Fischl + Zhongli
- Columbina + Flins + Ineffa + Aino
- Columbina + Nefer + Lauma + Sucrose
