Preparation Before Applying for a Refund

Before you start, make sure you have the following things ready:

A wallet (MetaMask or BSC-compatible wallet) that is connected to a VCGamers account.
NFT Land or Home is still stored safely in the wallet
The wallet network is set to Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain.
Sufficient BNB balance in the wallet for transaction gas fees.

Refund Process Stages

Go to play.vcgamers.com
Go to play.vcgamers.com and log in to your account. Go to the menu. Token, then select Land Refund. Click Connect Wallet and select the wallet that stores your NFT. Ensure the connection is successful and the network is correct.
Asset Confirmation
Confirm your assets after connecting your wallet. The system will automatically detect your NFT Land. Please review the NFT details carefully before proceeding.
Click the Refund Button
Submit application click button Refund and confirm to process the application. Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the BSC network.

Important tips: Save the Transaction Hash as proof of NFT delivery. This document will be very useful if you need support assistance.
Attention: Once the NFT is successfully sent to your VCGamers wallet, the refund process is final and cannot be canceled. Please ensure the NFT you selected is correct.
Verification
Verification by our team: Once the NFT is in your VCGamers wallet, your application status will be automatically updated. The admin will perform manual verification via blockchain explorer (BSCscan), including:
– Sender's wallet address
– Recipient wallet address (from VCGamers)
– Transaction Hash Validity
– Compliance of the submitted NFT with the application
Token Received
Tokens will be received after all verification is complete. Our team will immediately transfer the VCG Tokens to the wallet address you used when submitting your application. You can monitor the status at Token Page periodically.
