BTR Starlest Profile

For those unfamiliar, the CEO's real name is Edwin Chia. Although he chooses the nickname BTR Starlest, he's more often called Koh Ed or Bujed in everyday life.
After graduating from the University of Western Australia, he founded Bigetron in 2017. Yes, they are one of the teams that have competed since the first season of MPL ID.
In those early days, they initially chose the alias Bigetron Player Kill. Unfortunately, their struggles ended in a fourth-place league finish after losing to RRQ Hoshi.
It wasn't until MPL ID Season 5 that they changed their name to Bigetron Alpha, a position they maintained until Team Vitality's acquisition. Throughout that time, the CEO remained a loyal supporter.
Starlest's Influence on BTR

Under his leadership, BTR has become a Southeast Asian esports giant. Indeed, to date, its Mobile Legends premier league division has never won a championship.
However, their achievements have been quite impressive in other areas. For example, in the MLBB minor league, BTR is one of the managements with the best team regeneration.
With two trophies and one runner-up finish, BTR Beta is one of the top teams in the MDL. Not to mention its consistently top-place finishes in the women's division.
That all doesn't take into account the various other achievements in the game division which are also different, starting from PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, to the most recent, Honor of Kings (HOK).
Without capable managerial leadership capacity and the ability to make sound business decisions, all of this is very difficult for an esports team to achieve.
His Greatest Achievements During His Esports Career

It's undeniable that MLBB has the largest industry reach in Southeast Asia. Naturally, many major esports labels will be interested in joining.
That's where Team Vitality comes in. As a team that grew out of the MOBA (League of Legends), it is natural that they also see great potential in the market share. Mobile Legends.
And seeing the stability of BTR's management capable of producing a myriad of achievements, it is no wonder that the robot looks "sexy" in the eyes of global gaming industry players.
Entering the 2025 season, discussions and negotiations took place between the management of both teams. Finally, the hammer came down mid-year, on May 15th.
Since then, Bigetron has been officially acquired by Team Vitality. However, thanks to the CEO's ingenuity, the collaboration hasn't diminished Bigetron's reputation.
Unlike other MLBB managements who had to "sacrifice" their original identities, Bigetron managed to negotiate to keep their original name.
As a result, they are now nicknamed Bigetron by Vitality. This demonstrates the equality of both parties – confirming that the home team is on par with the European "titan."
