Osaragi is one of the antagonist characters in the series Sakamoto Days who acts as a member of ORDER, the strongest assassin group under the JAA (Japan Assassin Association) organization.

He first appeared in the manga Chapter #14 titled 'Stealth Mission' as a cameo, then his full appearance was in Chapter #21 titled 'Let's Go to the Museum!' and debuted in anime Sakamoto Days in Episode #5 is titled 'Source of Strength'.

In the Sakamoto Days story, Osaragi plays the role of a member of ORDER, an elite unit of the JAA (Japan Assassin Association) organization tasked with handling dangerous targets.

Throughout the Sakamoto Days manga, Osaragi participates in several important arcs. In the Lab Arc, she and Shishiba investigate incidents related to the laboratory and begin to demonstrate her fighting skills.

Then in the Death Row Prisoners Arc, he had to fight escaped death row inmates and show off his brutal fighting style with a Collapsible Buzzsaw as his main weapon.
