One of character the main antagonist in the series My Hero Academia Himiko Toga is a character who plays a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad and one of the lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Himiko Toga appears in several Arcs in the My Hero Academia story such as Vs. Hero Killer Arc, Final Exams Arc, Forest Training Camp Arc, Hideout Raid Arc, Provisional Hero License Exam Arc, Shie Hassaikai Arc, Meta Liberation Army Arc, Paranormal Liberation War Arc, UA Traitor Arc and Final War Arc disguised as Camie in the Hero License Exam, working with Twice and fighting Ochaco in the final war.

However, in the anime version, Himiko Toga appeared from My Hero Academy Season 2 to Season 8, and became an important character there, with the story focusing on the League of Villains, Paranormal Liberation War and Final War.

Since childhood, he's been drawn to blood, making him considered abnormal by those around him. After an incident that makes him a suspect in a violent crime, he runs away and joins the League of Villains.

After that, he became part of the Paranormal Liberation Front which often got into conflicts against heroes including Ochaco Uraraka.

Her Quirk, Transform, allows her to transform into another person after drinking their blood. If she likes the person she's impersonating, she can use this Quirk.

Himiko Toga was born on August 7th and is now 17 years old with a height of 157 cm (5'2″) as a high school student before becoming a fugitive for murder.

In terms of personality, she is a cheerful, expressive, humble, brave, confident, and easily embarrassed girl, but behind that, she is a sadistic girl.

Himiko Toga was referred to as 'Yakuza Toga', especially in the Shie Hassakai Arc. She infiltrated and disguised herself when facing the Shie Hassakai group led by Kai Chisaki (Overhaul). Now, she is no longer part of the Yakuza when facing the hero Rock Lock.

Himiko Toga is a talented and extremely dangerous fighter with espionage abilities, allowing her to cover her tracks and disappear from her enemies' sight. This skill can be used for ambushes, combat, or simply disappearing while temporarily distracting her enemies.

Although his Quirk cannot enhance his fighting skills, he is able to utilize his extraordinary agility, reflexes and acrobatics skills effectively.

Apart from that, he is an expert at hiding, such as forcing his enemies to dodge or disappear from the enemy's sight.

Blood Sucking Machine: His costume also carries a blood-sucking machine attached to his belt. He can throw it from a distance using a cable or stab his enemies directly. As long as the needle is connected, the machine will drain the blood from his enemies. The machine is also connected to a mask, allowing him to drink the blood at any time.

Depending on Blood Availability: He must first drink another person's blood to imitate. If his blood is limited or difficult to obtain, his disguise will be limited.
Limited Transformation Duration: He can remain in disguise for a long time depending on the amount of blood he drinks. If he drinks less blood, his abilities will wear off more quickly.
