Here's Assassin's Creed Rogue Gameplay, Still Worth It!

Assassin's Creed Rogue

Assassin's Creed Rogue is one of those old school games and it's been around for a long time. For old players in PS2 definitely know with RPG games this one.

Assassin's Creed Rogue is an action-packed adventure game set between 1752 and 1761 and following the story of Shay Cormac, an Assassin turned Templar in his quest to hunt down the Assassin's.

This game will be the last in its own franchise. In the game you will play Shay Cormac, a new member of the fraternity, who feels disappointed and betrayed by assassins.

Vowing revenge, he joined the Templars and eventually became the 'Assassin Hunter'. Assassins Creed Rogue brings together the stories of Black Flag and Assassin's Creed 3 and also ties in with some of the important characters from previous Assassins Creed games.

Rogue is set during the Seven Years' War (1756–1763), a time of friction between the European powers that changed the trajectories of their many colonial possessions.

This time period bridges the gap between the Age of Exploration and the start of the colonial revolution, i.e. from ACIII to ACIV in simple words.

In addition, Shay's exploration of uncharted territory took him from the Appalachian River to the frozen North Atlantic. This location acts as a space between the ACIII and ACIV neighborhoods, completing the Kenway saga.

Assassin's Creed Rogue offers three large maps: New York which is under threat of gangs of criminals, a network of rivers and islands, and the North Atlantic Ocean where the naval gameplay offers new twists and turns.

Shay has his fair share of skills and weapons such as a grenade launcher, an advanced rifle, and poison, which were given to him by the Templars to use.

EagleVision returns in this game and can highlight threats to help Shay protect Assassin targets and neutralize assassins.

Assassin's Creed Rogue can also be played either way, as stealth and stealth or blowing it all out, but that doesn't mean you can't use distraction or destruction.

Rogue takes full advantage of naval exploration with Shay's ship, The Morrigan. It is smaller, faster and agile than the Jackdaw, Edward Kenway's ship.

The ship was equipped with flammable oil slick defenses, rapid-fire deck guns and high-speed rams.

Naval combat feels smoother and faster than before, as you use new techniques to wreak havoc on your enemies.

There's plenty to do in Rogue, shops and facilities to repair, hunt, collect, lots of coastline to explore and earn money and resources for upgrades, which is sure to keep you busy when you're not playing the main campaign.

There are even French settlements and Assassin gang hideouts to take over, which have different victory conditions.

Rogue comes close to the graphical qualities of AC: Black Flag, but is given a cooler spin with all black ice, snow and water.

Even at a closer look, it's clear that AnvilNext's legacy engine is still holding up pretty well, and there's still plenty of impressive detail to be savored in the game.
