Now let's go straight to the main discussion, namely the meta explanation. ML Now. This is of course inseparable from everything stated in patch note 1.9.70.
In the explanation that Moonton provided there, there are at least three points that players can use as a benchmark to understand the changes in mechanics and the applicable meta:
Changes to cores' jungling capacity: Junglers now take longer to farm;

EXP lane strengthening: With the addition of EXP gain from minions during the first 2-5 minutes, this gives more space for offlaners;

Reduced effects of anti-heal and shield items: various anti-sustain items received quite noticeable nerfs.

ML Meta Analysis Now

For our analysis, we'll start with the jungler's current capacity. While not significant, the current hyper's capacity has been slightly reduced.
This is the result of the increased sustain of creeps and their longer spawn times. This naturally creates space for "jail" roamers who love to cause trouble in the early game.
So, Moonton has "shifted" the reduced jungler "portion" to the offlaners. With creeps providing more... EXP, their role will become more crucial.
Then, what is also no less important is the nerf to the effects of anti-heal and shield items (Dominance Ice, Sea Halberd, and Glowing Wand): making them less effective.
Draft Pick
So, the implications of these three points of analysis illustrate one thing: the current meta is fighter sustain! Moonton wants the Land of Dawn to be full of long-term wars.
Forget the thin damager hero lineup that relies on skill spam to produce immunity/parry effects when diving in: such as Hayabusa, Ling, Lancelot, Benedetta, Julian, Hanzo, Joy, etc.
Increase your draft by including sustain heroes with built-in heal/shield capacity: Lapu-Lapu, Uranus, Yu Zhong, Fredrinn, Phoveus, Baxia, Ruby, Freya, Gloo, Esmeralda, etc.
This point applies to both junglers and offlaners. Finally, there's the roamer role. To support this sustained gameplay, choosing a support hero will be more advantageous.
Even if you have to choose a tank, make sure it is suitable for your needs.counters opponents who use drafts with anti-sustain capacity (Karrie, Cici, Valir, X.Borg, Pharsa, etc.).
For this purpose, you can choose tanks like Lolita, Gatot, or Carmilla. By understanding these things, you'll avoid making the wrong priorities during your draft picks.
Rotation
There haven't been many changes to the rotation. In the early game, make sure your roamers help the cores jungling first and ensure the opposing team doesn't riot or gank.
Once that's done, the roamer "picks up" the midlaner and sends him to the EXP lane. Meanwhile, the jungler rotates his farming to the Gold lane—trying to get first blood from one of these lanes.
Give the roamer a wave of midlane minions at minute 2, while the mage continues to support the EXP lane. That way, when the first turtle spawns, the entire team will have unlocked their ultimate.
Ideally, the first war will occur during this first turtle fight, and the team that wins it will have an easier time snowballing. Therefore, the gold laner can help.
