To catch fish, the mandatory item on the list is of course a fishing rod. You can collect wooden sticks and make your own fishing rod at the DIY table according to the existing recipe.

Another way is to use the in-game currency, Bell, to buy a fishing rod at the shop. You can start fishing after getting a fishing rod.

There are three locations you can visit for fishing, namely rivers, ponds, and the sea. How is the fishing guide in games this?

When you go to the fishing area, do it by walking slowly towards the water. If you run, the fish that have gathered will probably run away because they are shocked.

A sign of fish in the water is the appearance of a shadow. You can see clues about the type of fish you might get by looking at the size and shape of the shadow.

To cast the bait, press the A button. If the bait floats out of sight of the fish or they ignore it, press the A button again to reel in the line and try again.

When the fish seem to take your bait, they will bite a maximum of five times. Pay attention to the instructions that appear so you can easily attract fish.

Press the A button when your bait starts to pull down and makes a “kerplunk” sound. Don’t pull the hook before the bait goes underwater because the fish will escape.
