5 Best Midlane Heroes to Counter Vexana

Vexana just got a buff from Moonton On yesterday's Path Note, August 26th, Vexana's mana usage is now much more optimal, with players no longer needing to purchase Enchanted Talismans to conserve mana. 

This change certainly has a significant impact, Vexana can focus more on using Magic Damage items such as Glowing Wand, Lightning Truncheon, and Divine Glaive as her Core Items.

In addition to more efficient Mana usage, Vexana's Ultimate Damage has also increased from the original 700 to 720. The Airborne duration when the Ultimate hits an enemy also lasts longer, up to 0.8 seconds.

Kadita 

Kadita is the first hero we recommend to counter Vexana. Kadita's skill combos can effectively kill enemies, especially if you've secured the Sky Piercer item. 

This hero can also dodge Vexana's skill 1, which provides CC, while advancing forward to attack. Meanwhile, Kadita's skill 2, which you can control remotely, is also very effective for attacking from a distance. 

Use the Battle Spell Petrify to support Kadita's skill combos. Make the most of Kadita's skill 1 to escape or attack Vexana. 

Valir 

In contrast to Kadita who can give an instant kill to Vexana, Valir is a tough hero in front of Vexana's CC skills. 

You can use skill 3 Vengeance Flame to remove the CC effect launched by Vexana from skill 1 and skill 3.

This way you can safely paralyze Vexana from the range of Eternal Guard and Deathly Grasp. 

You need to remember to ensure a safe distance when activating Pharsa's ultimate because this skill can be easily canceled by Vexana's Skill 1 and Skill 3. 

Lylia 

The next OP Mage Hero that you can use as a counter to Vexana is... Lylia. This hero has a combo skill set that makes Vexana's movements difficult. 

Even though she has only recently received an increase in movement speed, Lylia is quite effective at dealing burst damage while also slowing Vexana's movement.

So, to make Lylia even more resilient against Vexana, use the Purify battle spell to make her immune to Vexana's CC combo attacks. 

Kagura

Kagura has high mobility to avoid Vexana's CC skills. Apart from that, this hero also has high burst and the ability to cancel CC Vexana with Rasho Umbrella Flee.
