- Make sure you have successfully logged in, and uploaded a photo of your KTP, NPWP (optional), and account/ewallet number;
- Currently we only accept cash disbursement via BCA Bank accounts and DANA ewallet, make sure the name of the account/ewallet owner matches the name you registered;
- Next, go to the 'Redeem' menu, then see how many 'My Points' you have collected, the minimum number of points that can be exchanged is 50,000;
- After entering the number of points you want to exchange, click 'Send Request';
- Your request will be processed a maximum of 3×24 working hours, and you can check the status whether it is approved or cancelled;
- Points can only be exchanged twice in the same month;
- Tax will be deducted from the total points you exchange, NPWP 2.5% & Non-NPWP 3%;
- Tax imposition simulation:
- User A with NPWP exchanges 100,000 points, then the money he will receive is 100,000 x 2.5% = IDR 97,500,-
- User B without NPWP exchanges 100,000 points, then the money he will receive is 100,000 x 3% = IDR 97,000,-
