There's an Internal Conflict in FaZe Clan, Leading to Streamer Resignation

Organization esports and streamer FaZe Clan is currently experiencing major turmoil, as a number of popular members have announced their departure from the brand. 

Some big names who decided to leave include Lacy, StableRonaldo, YourRage, and even long-time member Adapt, who left at almost the same time.

FaZe Clan itself is known in the esports world as one of the largest organizations in the world of gaming and streaming. 

The organization was founded in 2010 with its first YouTube content about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2From there, they quickly gained popularity thanks to their impressive gameplay and the personalities of their members. 

Over time, this gaming organization has grown into an esports giant with professional teams in various games such as Call of Duty and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

However, at the end of 2025, they were hit with various unpleasant news along with their content creators.

Names Who Announced Their Parting with FaZe Clan

One of the members who stole the most attention because he left this organization was Adapt.

Adapt is one of the most iconic figures and has been part of the organization since 2011.

Besides Adapt, another creator who also left was PlaqueBoyMax and voiced his criticism of FaZe Clan's management.

Most of the former members indicated their decision to leave was due to conflicts with ownership and control over content. 

PlaqueBoyMax has publicly accused former FaZe Media CEO Banks of being involved in the matter. 

He claims that many creators do not have proper control over their own content.

However, Banks denied the allegations and said that the claims were not entirely true.

Remaining Members Say They Are Shocked and Devastated

This wave of departures not only shocked fans worldwide, but also a number of FaZe Clan members who remained. 

Streamers like ZooMaa and FaZe Rug have admitted to feeling “confused” and “heartbroken” by the situation.

Meanwhile, popular creator Valkyrae has also spoken out, suggesting that some of her former colleagues may be planning to form a new group. However, there has been no official confirmation of these plans.

The Main Trigger for Streamers' Departure 

With the departure of almost half of FaZe Clan's active creator roster, it raises a big question mark about the organization's future stability. 

Some say that after this wave, there are only about eight active creators left under the FaZe umbrella.

Popular streamer Adin Ross hinted that financial factors played a role. He stated that FaZe's current owner, GameSquare, allegedly demanded up to 20 percent of streamers' earnings.

Although there has been no official statement confirming these claims, this is certainly unacceptable to streamers.

As one of the pioneering global streamer and esports organizations, FaZe Clan has been home to many talented streamers for over a decade. 

However, the departure of these top talents at the end of 2025 raised serious questions about the brand's direction and future.
