Reasons Why Subterra Code Cannot Be Used

Don't panic if suddenly the code can't be activated, see some of the causes below:

Code has expired: Developers can set a time limit for each code they release to players. After that time, the system will reject the code even if the character sequence is correct.;
There is an incorrect character: Entering a single letter or number incorrectly can result in the game system not recognizing the code. Double-check each part of the code to ensure no characters are missing or mixed up.;
Prize already claimed: Certain codes can only be used once on the same account to prevent duplicate rewards. If a code has already been successfully redeemed, it will not award additional rewards.;
The redeem feature is having problems: Technical issues with the game system may prevent the redemption process from working properly. Please try again after a while to ensure the feature is working again.
