Plot Twist, Fat Cat's Girlfriend is Called Innocent

Hardworking Fat Cat

At the beginning of May, cyberspace was shocked by the death of a gamer from China named Fat Cat. The gamer was found dead by suicide in the Yangtze River.

After Fat Cat's death, news circulated that he sent 66,000 yuan (Rp. 145 million) to his girlfriend. Not only that, while Fat Cat was dating, the money he sent to his lover was known to have reached 510,000 yuan (Rp. 1.1 billion).

Because of this, Tan Zhu is thought to have blackmailed Fat Cat during their two-year relationship. Not accepting that, Fat Cat's sister posted this story to Douyin or TikTok Chinese version.

The investigation carried out by the police did not find any evidence that showed Tan Zhu was guilty. However, the police instead revealed that Liu Yi manipulated several posts about his brother's death.

Liu Yi was proven to have made posts about Fat Cat and his girlfriend's financial transactions on Douyin. The platform is the Chinese version of TikTok.

The results of the police investigation found that Liu Yi had created a fake account to turn off the comments column on his own posts. The fake account created by Liu Yi was also used to lead to discussion topics.
