Astro
Astro Novalite is one of the main characters released on June 14, 2024. He has the active skill Nap Time and the passive skill Well Rested.
Astro's active skill can create a pulse that can restore all stamina stats and other Toons nearby.
While his passive skill can help regenerate stamina stats to 50% faster. In addition, he also gets the ability to see other Toons with stamina below 50% on the map.
Bobette
Bobette the Bauble is one of 4 characters playable from Holiday Toons and the main character of Dandy's World. He was first released on January 10, 2025 along with Coal, Ginger, and Rudie.
This character cannot be purchased regularly at Dandy's Shop. Bobette is only available during the Christmas Event at Bobette's Store.
This Toon's active skill is Precious Packaging which can make him covered by a gift box for 8 seconds. Although he becomes invisible, unfortunately he also cannot move.

Pebble has an active skill called Speak which allows her to drastically lower her Stealth stats and alert nearby Twisted to her location.
In addition, Pebble's passive skill, Fetch, allows her to sniff out various items and highlight them. The highlight will appear when the items are within her range.
Shelly
Shelly was first released as one of the playable character at Dandy's World along with Flutter, Teagan, and Tisha on July 12, 2024. You can buy this character at Dandy's Store.
Shelly's active skill, Inspiration can increase the Extraction Speed of the selected Toon by 75% for 15 seconds. This skill has a duration of cooldown 60 seconds.
Meanwhile, her passive skill, Problem Solver, can increase Shelly's Movement Speed by 25% when a Machine is successfully completed within 10 seconds.
Sprouts
This cute character has the full name Sprout Seedly who first appeared on August 14, 2024 along with three other characters.
Sprout has an active skill that can provide healing to the selected Toon. This Baked Sweets skill will add 1 Heart by spending 100 Tapes.
Meanwhile, her passive skill, Overprotective, allows Sprout to see other living Toons along with their Health status.
Vee
The sixth and final main character in Dandy's World is Vee. She was added to the game on June 14, 2024.
Vee's active skill, Mic Check, can highlight all Twisted on the Floor for 5 seconds. This skill has a cooldown of 1 minute.
Meanwhile, her passive skill, Camera Hijack, will help Vee get unfinished Machines by shining a spotlight on them.
