BTR Theo's career with Bigetron began in the development league division. Initially, management appointed him as the manager and coach of Bigetron Beta.

It runs for several seasons, from early 2023 to mid-2024 – starting from MDL Season 7 to 9. Under his auspices, BTR Beta's performance was relatively stagnant.

In their debut as manager in MDL Season 7, BTR Beta finished in the top five. As if still adapting, the team's performance in the following season (S8) declined even further.

At that time, the "second-tier" BTR team had to settle for a top-six finish. Management then reworked the formation and decided to reposition him as coach.

Sure enough, at MDL S9, BTR Theo managed to put on a comeback performance. This was evident in his success in bringing BTR Beta finished in the top four.

Management saw this as an achievement. As a result, he was immediately promoted to coach of "the big guns," Bigetron's main team.

Filling the position of BTR assistant coach

The strategy was simple: be the underdog. Since the regular season, BTR has often been seen holding back and refusing to overcommit, resulting in rather mediocre performances.
