Varka is a DPS character Anemo that relies heavily on combining with other elements (Pyro, Hydro, Electro, Cryo) or referred to as DPS PHEC.
As with most DPS, Crit Damage and ATK are crucial for the Knight of Boreas. Fortunately, you can gain these stats by maximizing your ascension level.
As a DPS, Varka naturally needs all her talents at max level. Therefore, you'll need more materials.

Varka Farming Tips and Schedule
For the Grand Master material of Knight of Favonius, we will use material from the new World Boss, Radiant Moongecko.
90% material uses Mondstadt material while the rest is from Nod-Krai.
Vayud Turquoise
The Vayuda Turquoise stone is used for the ascension process of Anemo characters such as Varka.
This stone is the easiest for the author to get, especially for new players, because Anemo Hypostasis is one of the first World Bosses you fight.
However, the World Boss and Weekly Boss that provide materials for Knight of Boreas do not drop Vayuda Turquoise.
But besides Anemo Hypostasis, you can get this stone from the following enemies:

This Rook material is shaped like a Rook pawn in a chess game.
Bosses in the form of Kings and Queens are safe and their domains will automatically open if you have completed the Archon Quest."“The Gardener in Interlude Chapter: Act IV – Paralogism”.
The Trounce Domain “Unresolved Chess Game” will automatically open and you can access it at Falcon Coast, Mondstadt.
Talent Book: Freedom Series
Forsaken Rift Domain becomes a destination farming you next.
This domain located in Springvale, Mondstadt is where you get the Freedom book.
You can get the Freedom book every day Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Wolfhook
The last material from Mondstadt that you farming for Varka is Wolfhook.
These purplish blue berries can be found in bushes or near trees in the Wolvendom area.
Total 35 Wolfhooks that you can get at once farming. Like it or not, it will take a long time if you don't pre-farm this material beforehand.
Since this fruit is currently only found in Wolvendom, you just have to follow the Wolvendom path to the World Boss Andrius area.
Around Windrise, there is an NPC named Cloris who also sells 5 Wolfooks about once every 2 days.
Prismatic Severed Tail
You can get the Prismatic Severed Tail material from the new World Boss, Radiant Moongecko.
You can find this Geo Gecko on the northernmost island of Nod-Krai, underground near Favonius Keep.
Make sure you use the Lunar-Crystalline team for example with the team Zibai.
Drive Shaft
You can get the Drive Shaft from the Landcruiser enemy. Varka's final material can be found in Nod-Krai.
You can farming in this location sector, namely: Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau, Domain False Moon Research Center (Domain Boss Dottore), and Starsand Shoal.
