Job description
- Handle complaints and feedback received from customers.
- Provide explanations about products to customers who ask.
- Provide the latest information on products, transactions and platform updates through available channels.
- Update product sales needs on the platform regularly.
- Create user feedback reports.
Job Requirements
- Having experience in the gaming and digital product industry, especially in sales experience, will be highly preferred.
- Able to work a 24 hour shift schedule, with 5 working days per week (including weekends or holidays if required)
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing; proficiency in English is a plus
- Able to multitask with good time management in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work in teams and individually, with high initiative to contribute to problem solving
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office, Google Workspace, and Notion is a plus
