Job Description
- Maintain and develop Fullstack applications using the MERN stack.
- Build backend APIs using Node.js + Express.js with TypeScript.
- Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas, including indexing, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization.
- Perform end-to-end API integration across frontend and backend.
- Handle deployment and debugging in both staging and production environments.
- Implement UI designs using TailwindCSS and Mantine UI components.
- Manage application state efficiently using Jotai.
- Optimize application performance, including rendering, data access, and loading states.
- Apply best practices in modularization, clean architecture, and code quality.
Job Requirements
Essential (Must-Have):
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer using the MERN stack.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS (SSR, SSG, CSR, routing, data fetching).
- Proficiency in TailwindCSS for building responsive user interfaces.
- Familiarity and practical experience with Mantine UI.
- Experience working with Jotai for state management.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), modular programming, and browser behavior.
- Backend development experience using Node.js + Express.js.
- Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies, PR workflows, and merging.
- Ability to write reusable, maintainable, and clean code.
- Comfortable working with performance-first and mobile-first development approaches.
Nice-to-Have (Impactful):
- Experience working with TypeScript.
- Understanding of SEO principles within NextJS (metadata, dynamic rendering, structured data).
- Experience using linting and formatting tools such as ESLint and Prettier.
- Familiarity with analytics, error tracking, or A/B testing tools.
