Job Description
As a Senior People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and performance to development. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, while also ensuring that day-to-day HR operations and General Affairs run smoothly and efficiently.

- Lead the full-cycle hiring process in collaboration with user, ensuring clarity of role, and timely placement.
- Oversee OKR implementation, quarterly & semi-annual performance reviews, and follow-up strategies for employee growth and underperformance.
- Refine and initiate structured people development programs based on performance insights to support long-term talent retention and internal capability building.
- Continuously improve internal HR workflows, documentation flows, and review cadence to support a more agile and effective people function.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and internal documentation to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, workspace readiness, and a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Maintain up-to-date asset documentation and tracking.
- Support legal and operational compliance through document handling, inventory records, and process monitoring.

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, with a proven track record in similar roles;
- Familiar with performance review cycles, employee lifecycle management, and people development initiatives;
- Comfortable with OKR setting, internal process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach — preferably with experience in fast-paced or startup environments.;
- Good understanding of HR systems, labor regulations, and general office operations.;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a reliable team player.;
- High integrity and strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
