Top-ups must be done via browser or mobile phone with desktop view, PC, or Mac. The Roblox mobile app doesn't support this feature.
Part 1: Accessing the Creator Dashboard
- Open the site roblox.com in your browser and log in to your account.
- Click the tab “Create” which is in the top navigation menu. You will be directed to Creator Hub.
- In the left-hand menu, make sure you're on the "Dashboard" tab. Below it, click on the "Creations" menu.
Part 2: Creating a New Game Pass
- Under the tab Creations, you'll see a list of Experiences. Each user automatically has one default Experience (usually named [Username]'s Place). Click Experience.
- You will enter the page Overview From that Experience. Open the navigation menu in the top left corner (three horizontal lines icon).
- Scroll down on the menu and find the section Monetization. In it, click “Passes”.
- Press the blue button “Create a Pass”.
- Complete your Game Pass details:
- Upload Image: Select any image as an icon.
- Pass Name: Give a clear name (example: “Donation” or “Item Payment”).
- Description: Provide a short description (optional).
- Once finished, click the button “Create Pass”.
Note: At this point, your Game Pass has been created, but it is not yet for sale and does not have a price.
Part 3: Setting Prices and Selling Game Pass
This is the most crucial step.
- Once the Pass is created, you will be returned to the Passes list. Click on Game Pass what you just made to enter the page.
- On the Pass settings page, open the navigation menu at the top left (three-line icon) again and select “Sales”.
- Activate sales by pressing the button next to it “Item for Sale”. The button will turn blue.
- Now, set the price in the “Price in Robux” field.
- Remember: Roblox takes a service cut of 30%. You will only receive 70% of the sale price.
- Formula: Selling Price = (Amount of Robux you want to receive) / 0.7
- Example: If you want to receive 100 Robux, you have to set the selling price to 143 Robux (143 * 0.7 ≈ 100). The system will automatically display “Creator Earnings: 100“.
- Be sure regional pricing not activated so that the price is the same for all buyers.
- Click the blue “Save Changes” button.
Part 4: Getting and Sharing Game Pass Links
Once the Game Pass is active for sale, you will need to provide the seller with the link in the notes section for the seller to purchase.
- Back to page Associated Items > Passes (steps in Part 2).
- Right-click on the Game Pass you've set the price for and select "Copy Link Address" or left-click to open it in a new tab.
- Copy URL which is in your browser's address bar.
- This is the link you'll need to provide to the seller in the notes section as the person purchasing your Game Pass. The link will look something like this: https://www.roblox.com/game-pass/xxxxxxxx/Your-Game-Pass-Name. Example: https://www.roblox.com/game-pass/20403046/test-buat-gamepass
Important Points to Remember
- 30% Piece: Always remember that the Robux you receive is 70% of the price you set. Adjust the selling price to match your desired amount.
- Pending Robux: Robux from sales won't be credited directly to your balance. Roblox will hold the Robux for a maximum of 5 days in "Pending" status before it's available for you to use.
- PC/Computer required: Once again, the entire process of creating and setting Game Pass prices can only be done conveniently through a browser on a computer or via a mobile phone with a desktop view.
