Indosat to Release eSIM Tri<\/span><\/h2>\n

After previously launching Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH). eSIM<\/a> for mobile operator IM3, they are currently preparing for the launch eSIM Tri<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Director & Chief Regulatory Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison M. Danny Buldansyah said that the Tri eSIM would be launched soon, but Danny did not reveal the release date. Later, eSIM Tri and eSIM IM3 will have the same system.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cImmediately, because of this we have the same system. Later the system between IM3 and Tri will be the same," he said at a press conference at the IOH Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (04\/01\/2023).<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, IOH is conducting a market test to see public interest in eSIM. Danny revealed that his company is systematically ready to produce eSIM.<\/span><\/p>\n
"But on a platform basis, our system is ready. We're just seeing what the public's interest in eSim is like," he said.<\/span><\/p>\n
Danny admits that eSIM and ordinary physical SIM cards have some differences. So, when they want to see community trends, they must also look at the ecosystem that supports it all.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from that, he also promised that Indosat's eSIM products would be present in various regions in Indonesia, not only based in Jakarta.<\/span><\/p>\n
As additional information, currently there is not too much use of eSIM in Indonesia, even though there are many smartphones that support this technology on the market.<\/span><\/p>\n
Some cellphones that are compatible with eSIM include iPhones starting from the iPhone 11 to the latest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Then there are Samsung, such as the Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Flip and Fold, Galaxy Watch4.<\/span><\/p>\n
