On the Mobile Legends update patches 1.7.38<\/strong>, there is one flashy item called Dominance Ice. Many say that this item is nerfed, some say it's buff. So, which one is right?<\/p>\n

Mobile Legends<\/a> has dozens of items that you can buy. However, each item has a different effect. At least, there are three types of effects in Mobile Legends items: Status, Unique Attributes, <\/strong>and Unique Passive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
All three effects will give buff<\/a> to users or debuffs<\/a> to the opponent. This time, the author will explain an item that has three types of effects named Dominance Ice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
As per the title above, Dominance Ice is a must-have item for Tanks. If you look at the Build Hero section in Mobile Legends, it seems that these items are never absent to buy.<\/p>\n

Dominance Ice is basically made for Tanks. Buy this item can deliver stats +500 Mana, +70 Physical Defense<\/a>, <\/strong>and +5% Movement Speed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
The additional buff or Unique Attribute received by the user is the 10% Cooldown reduction. Meanwhile, the Unique Passive is reduce Shields<\/strong> and HP Reg<\/strong> as big 50%<\/strong> and Attack Speed<\/a> 30%<\/strong> to the surrounding enemies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Moonton Mobile Legends provides news on patch 1.7.38 regarding Dominance Ice items. In the patch it is stated that the item will get an Adjustment.<\/p>\n
The adjustment in question is eliminating Unique Attributes. Yes, removing the Cooldown Reduction 10% effect. Instead, the Attack Speed debuff which was originally 30% became 65%.<\/p>\n
This is intended so that the use of Dominance Ice is not too wide. It seems like Moonton wants<\/strong> these items focus on Tank or Support<\/strong> just.<\/p>\n
Transfer of Unique Attributes to Brute Force Breastplate Items<\/h3>\n
Moonton has actually carefully calculated the distribution of unique attributes to each item. However, due to the reduction of one item with a cooldown reduction effect, the unique attribute was transferred to Brute Force Breastplate<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From the author's side, the author leans towards Buffs<\/strong>. The reason is, the 10% cooldown reduction only applies to its users. Meanwhile, the reduction in attack speed applies to all enemies around the item user.<\/p>\n
And, if you calculate carefully, reducing attack speed is even more painful.<\/p>\n
