When the user is hit by an enemy from 80 meters away, the attacker is tagged for six seconds (visible only to the user). Furthermore, the first shot at a tagged attacker will have an additional 100 armor penetration. Even though it is a passive skill, it has 10 second CD.<\/span><\/p>\n
