The reason for that was due to the difference in the mechanics of using mana reducing abilities <\/span>skills <\/span><\/i>just now.<\/span><\/p>\n
Hu Tao and Kuki Shinobu experienced a reduction in HP when using Elemental Skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
Hu Tao even experienced additional or HP recovery after using Elemental Burst.<\/span><\/p>\n
However, that doesn't mean that this artifact can't be used by other Vicigers characters at all.<\/span><\/p>\n
