Second place distribution for Apex Legends<\/a> Season 13 premiered on June 28, 2022, and brings players back to Apex Legends' World's Edge.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 13th season of the ranked battle royale in Apex Legends introduces a reworked ranking system, with a new entry fee and a point system based on elimination and placement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Players will witness a small four-division reset in their ranking once the new split begins, requiring them to climb back up to their original rank and familiarize themselves with the World's Edge map which will be available in the rankings until the end of Apex season 13.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thankfully, players don't have to worry about this demotion as they are entitled to a bounty tied to the season's highest rank.<\/span><\/p>\n

Best Locations in World's Edge Apex Legends<\/span><\/h2>\n

World's Edge Apex Legends was originally the largest map until the arrival of Storm Point with Season 11, which was called Escape. World's Edge was released with 'Meltdown' Season 3 and is the second map available for users to play. <\/span><\/p>\n

Over the course of several seasons, World's Edge has seen many map updates, with its most recent update in Season 10 'Emergence'.<\/span><\/p>\n

From destroying old POIs to adding newer and better areas with decent loot, players want to get down somewhere where they can land safely and be guaranteed adequate healing items and resources. This article looks at the best POIs to land in World's Edge Apex Legends during Season 13.<\/span><\/p>\n

Skyhooks<\/span><\/h3>\n

Skyhooks<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

With a layout similar to Capitol City, Skyhook is the preferred landing area for squads looking to loot, hold, and fight inside the building. <\/span><\/p>\n

Skyhook provides enough loot for the entire squad, and players can travel to Bloodhound's Trials, located to the west of Skyhook, to get better items by completing challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the original destruction of Capitol City, which was later changed to the East Fragment and the West Fragment, Skyhook was preferred over the Fragment due to its lower popularity. <\/span><\/p>\n

This allows fewer squads to land here, thereby minimizing their chances of battling multiple teams at once or getting third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Launch Site<\/span><\/h3>\n

Located far south of World's Edge, a Launch Site was introduced in Season 6 of Apex Legends called \u201cEnhanced.\u201d The location houses the rocket ship which was removed with the release of Season 7 and became its own POI on Olympus. <\/span><\/p>\n

Launch Sites provide a new form of building architecture at World's Edge, similar to Countdown and Staging, which were also introduced simultaneously.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Launch Site was a great place to land safely as it was located along a corner of the World's Edge, reducing the chances of multiple teams gathering here. <\/span><\/p>\n

This location also houses a large loot bin and mid-level loot, as well as replicators and survey beacons which have a good chance of appearing in each new game.<\/span><\/p>\n

Climatizer<\/span><\/h3>\n

Climatizer is the latest addition to World's Edge with the release of 'Emergence' Apex Legends<\/a> Season 10. Located in the Northeastern part of World's Edge, this new POI replaces the previous Refinery location, with two buildings connected by a gondola as well as a central loot area connected by a ferry.<\/span><\/p>\n

The loot is high enough with a decent chance of spawning level 3 or level 4 armor in one of the gondolas. This location has a large loot bin, and players can collect enough materials to craft resources via the replicators in the Epicenter and Survey Camp which are located quite close by.<\/span><\/p>\n

Big Maude<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Big Maude is the newest addition to World's Edge, released as Rampart's Town Takeover during the Evolution event in Season 10. <\/span><\/p>\n

Big Maude ranks higher on this list not only because of this POI being a single centralized building, but also because this location hosts several crafting materials that players can exchange for special weapons modified with Rampart's Splatter Rounds, giving it a larger and reduced magazine size. reload time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Big Maude is not only useful for obtaining Rampart's powerful modded weapon, but the guaranteed availability of crafting materials will allow players and their squads to craft items or level up their armor in either Lava City or Geysers. Countdown takes the number one spot due to many factors that make this POI very useful in both casual and competitive games. <\/span><\/p>\n
First and foremost, Countdown contains an unlockable central floor that guarantees two blue level 2, purple level 3, or gold level 4 armor. Apart from providing an advantage at the start of the game, players can also level up their armor if a replicator appears at this location.<\/span><\/p>\n
Second, Countdown is located close to Bloodhound's Trial and Skyhook, so players can look for high-level loot or fight for points on Skyhook with better armor. <\/span><\/p>\n
Countdown's location, being on the west side of World's Edge, makes it less frequented by players as they usually tend to land somewhere near or on a Fragment. <\/span><\/p>\n
Similar to the Launch Site, Countdown has four covered areas instead of only three. This supports defense legend which can fortify a location if the ring fuses to it.<\/span><\/p>\n
