Gen 1 Pokemon Machamp has long been one of the most popular Pokemon in the franchise. The final evolution of the macho-muscled Machop is the ultimate melee fighter in Pokemon Unite.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

While it doesn't have much range, the powerful Pokemon pierces foes' weaknesses with incredible speed and powerful attacks.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When choosing a Machamp, you start the game as a Machop and must evolve to your final form. you evolve into Machoke at level 5 and Machamp at level 9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Unique Ability<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Guts<\/strong> \u2013 Increases damage output when exposed to status conditions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Close Combat<\/strong> \u2013 Cooldown 6s \u2013 Throws several punches while walking, the last blow is the hardest, and makes you immune to enemy damage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Upgrades<\/strong>: Opponents with normal conditions will receive extra damage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Cross Chops<\/strong> \u2013 Cooldown 6s \u2013 Jumps forward with a cross-arm chop that has a higher Critical Hit chance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Upgrades<\/strong>: Increases Attack with each basic attack up to a set maximum<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Cross Chop is the obvious choice for him, except when teaming up with a static-inducing Pokemon like Alolan Ninetails. Use Cross Chop in combination with Scope Lens for a very high damage attack.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Upgrades<\/strong>: Improved Movement and Attack Speed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Submissions<\/strong> \u2013 11 second cooldown \u2013 Become unstoppable and rush forward, increasing Movement Speed and slamming opponents to the ground to eradicate them. After the move ends, the user's basic Critical Hit rate and Attack Speed increase for a short time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Upgrades<\/strong>: Increased critical strike chance and attack speed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

While Dynamic Punch is an excellent choice for its damage output, you should almost certainly take Submission as Machamp. After all, not only do you get an additional boost to Movement Speed, your next attack will throw and annihilate your opponent.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Additionally, your Critical Hit rate increases, making it a perfect match for your Cross Chop and Scope Lens items.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Unite Move<\/strong> \u2013 Barrage Blow \u2013 Increases Movement Speed, Attack, and Defense (physical and special). On second activation: Unleashes a damaging combo attack and displaces nearby enemies. The final blow deals an enormous amount of damage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When using Barrage Blow, Machamp can enjoy increased stats for a short time, perfect for getting into team fights. You can then enjoy boosting your stats in battle, before directing a barrage of punches at the enemy team.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Make sure to hit with the last hit whenever possible, to maximize your damage output.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
