The marksman item (Windtalker) used by Change, apart from increasing movement speed, can also increase the attack speed of its basic attacks. Combined with the Feather of Heaven item which also increases attack speed. <\/a>LING + ITEM TANK<\/h3>\n

Ling's skill advantage is perfect when using this build, Ling can move barly and will be difficult to kill even if the enemy is in the turret. Because basically the damage that Ling has is quite large, buying one attack item, namely the Raptor Machete, is enough for him.<\/p>\n
