Yep, seeing as this event was held in October last year, it could be said that the development of this update took approximately eight months!<\/p>\n
Of course, as time goes on for the release, there will be lots of new things included. And everything is summarized in the update which Mojang officially named Tricky Trials.<\/p>\n
Even though Bedrock and Java both have sections, there are still a few minor differences between the two. But this is not so significant as to affect the overall experience.<\/p>\n

Natural and Utility Blocks<\/h3>\n
What definitely needs to be mentioned first is the existence of a new natural block, namely Copper. And just like copper in the real world, when exposed to oxygen (oxidation), this block will change color!<\/p>\n
Yep, oxidized copper will change from its natural metallic brown color to a matte greenish color. And this phenomenon will also be experienced by copper in Minecraft over time (weathered)!<\/p>\n
Apart from that, there are also new utility blocks, such as Crafter, Heavy Core, Ominous Vault, and Trial Spawner. This will help players to explore further, both in the context of creation and tinkering.<\/p>\n
Weapons and Items<\/h3>\n
Don't forget, Mojang also includes various new items and weapons to help players explore this new region.<\/p>\n
Starting from weapon<\/a>, several new types of arrows appeared, such as Infestation, Oozing, Weaving, and Wind Charging. Apart from that, there is also the mace (Mace), a new melee weapon with overpowered (OP) damage.<\/p>\nIt's so OP that some mobs that are known to be fierce can even fall straight down with just a 1 hit combo! This combo also relies on a new weapon: Wind Charge, a projectile obtained from the Breeze Rod (new item).<\/p>\n
For new items, three were introduced, namely Ominous Bottle, Ominous Trial Key, and (Normal) Trial Key. All three are for the purposes of the challenges available in the Trial Chamber.<\/p>\n
Not only that, there are also several enrichment items that come in the form of:<\/p>\n
\n- 3 Music Discs<\/li>\n
- 20 Paintings<\/li>\n
- 4 Potions (which is similar to the four new Arrow types above)<\/li>\n
- 3 Pottery Shreds<\/li>\n
- 2 Smithing Templates (Armor Trim)<\/li>\n
- 2 Spawn Eggs (related to new mobs which will be discussed next)<\/li>\n

Mobs<\/h3>\n
Of course, it would be lacking if a new structure appeared without being accompanied by unique mobs. For this reason, Mojang decided to also release two new mobs in this update:<\/p>\n
\n- Breeze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
This new mob is specially designed according to the Trial Chamber theme: a creature like a whirlpool with a head floating on top!\u00a0Mob<\/a> This will only spawn via the Trial Spawner block.<\/p>\nBreeze is included in ranged mobs, with a long-range attack that fires Wind Charge. If hit by a player, the resulting damage can be very massive and produce a knock back effect.<\/p>\n
Because these mobs are thick with the wind element, all projectile weapons will also bounce off them. Therefore, the only way to defeat him is to use melee weapons.<\/p>\n
