The VCT Americas 2024 journey is almost at its peak. Eleven of the strongest teams from the American continent have been fighting fiercely for months for a place in the VALORANT<\/a> Champions in Seoul, South Korea.<\/p>\n

What is an American VCT?<\/h2>\n

VCT America is one of the regional leagues in the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT), the global VALORANT esports tournament hosted by Riot Games.<\/p>\n
You could say, this VCT is like the VALORANT world football tournament, well this American VCT is specifically for North and South America.<\/p>\n
In this tournament, the best teams from the two regions compete against each other to compete for the championship title and VCT Circuit points. This VCT point is very important, because it determines whether or not they qualify for bigger international tournaments.<\/p>\n

Stage 2 Match Format<\/h2>\n

Round 2 VCT Americas Stage 2 will use a one round format with a best-of-three system, where the team that wins two games first will be the winner.<\/p>\n
This round will last for four weeks, including one Super Week where teams will play against other teams in their group.<\/p>\n
After fierce battles in Stage 1 and Stage 2, the six strongest teams will advance to the Season Playoffs. The top two teams from the combined Stage 1 and Stage 2 standings will gain first-round advantage in the Upper bracket.<\/p>\n
Matches in the Playoff Season will use a best-of-three format, except for the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final which will use a best-of-five format. This battle is for three tickets to VALORANT Champions Seoul, South Korea.<\/p>\n
One additional Champions ticket will be awarded to the team with the most Championship Points in the Americas region. These Championship Points are collected from the results of matches throughout Stage 1, Stage 2, and Playoff Season.<\/p>\n

Teams and Match Schedule<\/h2>\n

The regular season Stage 2 round takes place from June 22 to July 14 2024. In this round, the 11 best teams from North and South America compete in a double round robin format, where each team meets each other twice. The match took place at the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles, United States.<\/p>\n
The regular season was marked by the dominance of several teams, such as Cloud9 and Sentinels, who showed brilliant performances and achieved many wins.<\/p>\n
However, underdog teams such as KR\u00dc Visa and Leviat\u00e1n also gave surprises with their extraordinary performances and managed to beat the top teams.<\/p>\n
The American VCT Stage 2 playoffs will take place from 17 to 21 July 2024. The six teams that qualify will compete in a single elimination bracket format, where the losing team will be immediately eliminated.<\/p>\n
The match will be even more tense, because only one team will become champion and advance to VALORANT Champions 2024 in Seoul.<\/p>\n
