Serval is a character unit that utilizes DoT (Damage over Time). Knowing and understanding the abilities of the Landau family's eldest brother is very important to determine a team that can maximize Serval's abilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Serval is a 4 star character unit that uses Lightning and Path Erudition elements.<\/span><\/p>\n
As a character with the Erudition path, Serval's abilities will really shine when fighting large numbers of enemies.<\/span><\/p>\n
The thing that differentiates Serval compared to other Erudition characters is its ability to get huge AoE damage.<\/span><\/p>\n
Another unique thing about Trace Serval's ability is that it takes advantage of damage from DoT or Damage over Time<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
Shock effect (DoT from the Lightning element) resulting from Trace Serval's ability. Each of Serval's abilities can increase the damage from DoT and maintain the DoT's duration so that it is effective as long as possible until the enemy is defeated.<\/span><\/p>\n
Serval's skill can apply Shock for 2 turns. And Ultimate Serval can extend the duration of the DoT application by an additional 2 turns as long as the enemy still gets the Shock effect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the author, the best team comps for Serval are 2 options: Build Team DoT and Build Team Non DoT.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the name suggests, Serval will act as a damage dealer who utilizes damage from the DoT application.<\/span><\/p>\n
This team is very good considering that there are quite a lot of characters who prioritize damage from DoT such as Kafka, Shampoo, Guinafen, and Black Swan.<\/span><\/p>\n
On the DoT team, you will focus damage on Serval as the Sub or main DPS along with another DoT character who can give big damage such as Black Swan or Guinafen.<\/span><\/p>\n
Kafka is the most recommended DoT character because he has the same element, namely Lightning, as Serval, which also produces a Shock effect.<\/span><\/p>\n
The author recommends using 2 to 3 total DoT characters in the team and the remaining one slot in the team can be used for support characters such as Healers<\/a> (Abundance), Shield (Preservation), or Buffer (Harmony).<\/span><\/p>\n
