Hjerim is one of the houses in Skyrim that you can get. To stay here, you must complete \u201cThe Battle for Fort Sungard\u201d for the Stormcloaks or complete the Imperial Legion's Civil War questline.<\/span><\/p>\n
You can upgrade this house after completing the "Blood on the Ice" quest.<\/span><\/p>\n
The cost for this house varies based on how much Gold you have.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
The cheapest price one can buy is 8,000 Gold, and never more than 12,000 Gold. Meanwhile, fully upgrading Hjerim costs 10,250 Gold.<\/span><\/p>\n

Honeyside (Riften)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Honeyside is only available to players who wish to become Thane of Riften. You must demonstrate your abilities by helping the citizens of Riften before the Jarl will allow you to purchase Honeyside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
In terms of gameplay, you have to complete the \u201cSkooma Trade\u201d quest given by Wujeeta near the Riften Fishery and help five Riften NPCs.<\/span><\/p>\n
Once all these steps are completed, the Jarl will allow you to purchase Honeyside.<\/span><\/p>\n
Speak to Anuriel, or Hemming Black-Briar if the Empire controls the city, to purchase the property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
The house can be purchased for 5,000 Gold, and can be upgraded to 8,000 Gold.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Lakeview Manor (Falkreath Hold)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Lakeview Manor is a fairly easy house to get. Since this is a player-made house, the surrounding land must also be purchased first.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Jarl Siddgeir will sell the land to players provided they are a Thane of Falkreath.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
To become Thane will require you to give him Black-Briar Mead, kill the bandit leader at a random nearby location, and help 3 Falkreath NPCs.<\/span><\/p>\n
Once all the requirements are complete, you can talk to Nenya or Tekla, Stormcloak's replacement, to buy land for 5,000 Gold.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And the main problem lies in the price of this house, where the price is 25,000 Gold and cannot be negotiated. To upgrade this house requires 11,000 Gold.<\/span><\/p>\n

Such as completing two requests for Jarl Igmund, completing the \u201cLiberation of Skyrim\u201d quest, or supporting Markarth during the \u201cSeason Unending\u201d negotiations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
If you complete one of them it will allow Raerek to sell the property for 8,000 Gold. And the total upgrade cost is 4,100 Gold.<\/span><\/p>\n
