The damage dealt by this skill is 20 every second to opponents who have direct contact with the electric fence. The slow effect itself will last for 3 seconds.<\/p>\n
You can refill Perimeter Security up to four times. Every 15 seconds, you will get 1 charge.<\/p>\n

Spark of Genius is Wattson's passive skill. When Ultimate Accelerant is fully charged, he can carry more Ultimate Accelerant while improving the shield over time.<\/p>\n

This pole will have 150 HP and does not have a special duration. If you create a new pillar after one has already been created, the existing pillar will be destroyed automatically.<\/p>\n
The pole also has neutral properties so it can recharge enemy shields and shoot your teammates if they are within a certain radius.<\/p>\n
