Victor is a leader and founder of the United Nations. He is also the person who formed and trained the Raven Unit.<\/p>\n
Victor is known as a polite and elegant man among the nobility. Since childhood, he has been motivated by the desire to help anyone who needs help.<\/p>\n
When it comes to romance, he tends to be lazy. This is also what makes him said to have broken many other people's hearts.<\/p>\n
Following in the footsteps of his father, who was a high-ranking naval officer, Victor decided to enlist in the French navy.<\/p>\n
Viewed as someone who was riding on his father's success by jealous colleagues, Victor was often sent to dangerous operating zones.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the time he spent training with a mercenary who was a friend of his father's from the east, Victor always managed to return safely on every mission.<\/p>\n
Unknowingly, after going through various missions and challenges he had earned the code name "Phantom Raven" and was seen as a frightening and admiring figure by people in the military.<\/p>\n
He then left the navy to join the UN in the hope of helping more people outside his country.<\/p>\n
Before long, Victor began to realize that the world was trying to be taken over by a giant company.<\/p>\n
He then founded an elite troop called the Raven Unit which he trained himself. Victor also managed to rise to the position of leader of the UN troops.<\/p>\n
Time passed, and a military invasion from G Corp began to sweep the world. Having predicted this incident, Victor took command of his new army and prepared for battle.<\/p>\n

Since his introductory video was uploaded a week ago, Victor has received a lot of positive feedback from Tekken 8 fans who can't wait for the final version of the game to be released.<\/p>\n
Many people praise the visual appearance of this character which is considered very elegant with other components that are no less impressive.<\/p>\n
