Arlan is one of the characters that you can play in Honkai Star Rail<\/a>. He is the head of the security department of the Herta Space Station.<\/p>\n
This quiet man has the hope of protecting the researchers who appreciate their curiosity for knowledge and help the researchers complete their work.<\/p>\n
Arlan is often seen with a dog named Peppy. Peppy is a character NPCs<\/a> Asta's pet but spends more time with Arlan at the Herta Space Station.<\/p>\n
Arlan has the Path Destruction type with the Lightning fighter type. Apart from Arlan, other characters who have Destruction as their Path are Blade, Clara, Dan Heng, Hook, and Jing Liu.<\/p>\n

Arlan has 5 abilities\u00a0<\/em>with different categories and effects, namely Lightning Rush, Shackle Breaker, Frenzied Punishment, Pain and Anger, and Swift Harvest.<\/p>\n
Lightning Rush<\/h3>\n
Lightning Rush is a type of Basic Attack that can deal Lightning DMG equivalent to 50%-110% of Arlan's total ATK on one enemy.<\/p>\n
Shackle Breaker<\/h3>\n
To use this skill, Arlan must spend 15% of his maximum HP to deal Lightning DMG which is equivalent to 120% \u2013 264% of his attack on one opponent.<\/p>\n
If Arlan does not have sufficient HP, his HP will be reduced by 1 after the Shackle Breaker is used.<\/p>\n
Frenzied Punishment<\/h3>\n
As the ultimate skill, Frenzied Punishment can deal Lightning DMG equivalent to 192% \u2013 345.6% attacks on one enemy.<\/p>\n
This skill can also provide Lightning DMG equivalent to 96% \u2013 172.8% from Arlan's attacks on nearby enemies.<\/p>\n
Pain and Anger<\/h3>\n
Pain and Anger helps increase Arlan's DMG for every percent of HP below his maximum HP starting from 36% \u2013 79.2%.<\/p>\n
Swift Harvest<\/h3>\n
Ability<\/em> This one is a type of technique that can attack the opponent as soon as possible. After entering a battle, Lightning DMG is given to all opponents with an amount of 80% which is equivalent to ATK.<\/p>\n

Eidolon and Trace Arlan<\/h2>\n

Eidolon is upgrades<\/em> characters that can increase a character's effectiveness or add new capabilities to existing skills.<\/p>\n
Each character has a total of 6 Eidolon levels. The third and fifth Eidolons are always a two level increase for Skill, Ultimate, Talent, and Basic ATK.<\/p>\n
