Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo is a game visual novels which has individual character routes, one of which is Tetsunottsutsumi.
Tetsunottsutsumi or Tetsuo Tsutsumi is one of the eight main characters in this game. He is a veteran detective in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police.

As a visual novel game, many parts of the story of Paranormasight only involve the activity of reading dialogue character and check all the things that need to be checked.
Although it mostly contains dialogue, some game sections of Paranormasight also contain puzzles that must be solved.
To start the route from Tetsuo Tsutsumi, go talk to Erio and continue to check the area around you. Here is a guide to solving it:
In this chapter, go to Ryogoku Bridge and check the Shadowy Figure to the left of Erio.
Talk to Erio until Yutaro starts to approach you. Lower your volume until it reaches 0 in the Options menu. Next, continue talking with Yutaro.
After you finish talking to Yutaro, go to Midoricho Park and talk to Araishi. Here are the dialogue options you have to choose:

Next head to Michiyo Shiraishi's Neighborhood. Check the surroundings and order Erio to investigate the house. Wait until he cembalo.
Hold off on this chapter until you complete Hitomi's Help by selecting Komagata High School. Return to Komagata High School.
Next, check the environment inside the school again, including the crime scene (TKP). Go talk to Mio and select the dialogue options as follows:
Finally, finish your dialogue by talking to Mio and Yakko. End this chapter by pressing the Move button.
In the Standing By chapter, exhaust your dialogue with Erio until you get a complete conversation about nail polish and pens. Select the Move menu to end this chapter.
In this chapter, go to Yasuda Garden to chat with Erio. Check your surroundings again.
Next, go to Komagata Bridge to meet Nejima. Select the "Not a chance" dialogue option to tell Erio to keep raising the gun.
After finishing Nejima's dialogue, swipe the screen to check Ayane behind you. If you choose to talk to Nejima, you will get a different game ending.
