Specifically for Dana payments, LinkAja, QRIS, ShopeePay and OVO are subject to a minimum fee IDR 500,-

Service Feature Fee is a fee for the use and utilization of the VCGamers Site/Application services in the activities of purchasing goods/services transactions carried out by Users. The provisions are as follows:

1. The Service Fee is only charged for purchases of products with a label Fast Process & Instant.
2. Service fees are calculated based on the product variant purchased.
3. Service Fee is different and separate from the Payment Fee (Selected payment method).
4. The fee for each service feature is 1,000 (Rapid Process: 1,000 & Instant 1,000)
5. The Service Fee includes the cost of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the field of taxation.
6. If the transaction is canceled by the seller or canceled by the admin via moderation, the funds returned to the Refund Balance (VC Coin Balance) include the Service Fee.
7. The user understands and agrees to release VCGamers from all forms of responsibility if there is a loss experienced by the User for transactions carried out on the VCGamers Site/Application.
8. VCGamers has the right at any time without prior notification to make changes in part and/or all of the contents of these Terms and Conditions, so VCGamers advises Users to read these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

After successfully checking out the transaction, the QR code will immediately appear on the screen, then follow these steps:

Via Website/Desktop :

1. Open the bank application, ewallet, or other payment application that you want to do a QRIS scan
2. Scan the QR code on the screen using the payment application that you are using
3. Check the bill summary, and complete the payment
4. Congratulations, your transaction has been successful

Via Mobile :

1. Screenshot of the QR code shown on the screen
2. Open the Bank application, E-Wallet, or other payment application that you want
3. Scan the QR code on the screen by clicking on the image icon available in the payment application
4. Upload a screenshot of the payment QR code
5. Check the bill summary, and complete the payment
6. Congratulations, your transaction has been successful

You can use many payment methods and applications to make QRIS payments, some of which are:

• E-Wallet applications and other payments: DANA, DOKU, GoPay, LinkAja, ShopeePay and many more.
• Bank Applications: BCA Mobile, BNI Mobile Banking, BRImo BRI, Livin' by Mandiri, Permata Mobile and many more.

• Do checkout orders on the product you want to buy.
• Then select a payment method FUND, then click Pay.
• After that, make sure the transaction details are correct.
• Open the app FUND and Scan the QR Code that appears and immediately complete the payment.
• Or you can also screenshot the QR code shown, open the DANA application, select the Scan > Gallery menu, then select the QR code that has been screenshotted.
• The transaction is complete and congratulations your payment has been successful!

Via Mobile:

• After selecting the payment method GoPay and click the checkout button
• A purchase summary will appear afterwards, make sure the payment amount is correct, then press Pay
• You will be asked to continue payment via the application gojek, make sure once again that the payment nominal is correct, then click Confirm & Pay
• Enter 6 digits GoPay PINs you and congratulations your payment has been successful

Via Desktops:

• You will see a QR code when selecting payment using GoPay
• Open the app gojek on your cellphone
• Click Pay and do Scan QR on application gojek you
• Point the HP camera at the QR code in your browser
• Check the nominal payment in the application gojek, and enter 6 digits Gopay PINs you
• The transaction is complete and congratulations your payment has been successful

• After successfully checkout the transaction, QR code will immediately appear on your screen
• You can screenshot the QR code that appears on the VCGamers payment page
• Open the app LinkAja
• Click 'Pay'
• Scans QRIS available, or
• Press the image icon in the application to scan the QR code that you have screenshotted
• Double check the billing summary
• If it is appropriate, press Next > Confirm
• Enter your 6 digit PIN LinkAja you
• Congratulations, your transaction has been successful

• After checkout, select a payment method eWallet, then click Shopeepay, and Pay
• A purchase summary will appear afterwards, make sure the payment amount is correct, then press Pay
• You will be asked to continue payment with the application Shopee, then click Continue
• You can use SPayLater and some Shopee Coins for your payments
• Then click Pay Now, then enter the 6 digits ShopeePay pins you
• The transaction is complete and congratulations your payment has been successful

• You will see a QR code when selecting payment using ShopeePay
• Open the Shopee application on your cellphone, then click Scan QR
• Point the HP camera at the QR code in your browser
• Check the payment details on your Shopee app, then click Continue

• Then click Pay Now, then enter the 6 digits ShopeePay pins you
• The transaction is complete and congratulations your payment has been successful

• After successfully checkout the order at VCGamers
• Come to Alfamart
• Show your payment code to the cashier
• Pay your bill according to the total payment (inc. service fee)
• Congratulations, your payment transaction has been completed, and don't forget to save the receipt as proof of payment

• Make sure you have a VC Coin balance
• If you don't have a balance or your balance is lacking, immediately topup VC Coin
• After the balance is filled and enough to make transactions, place product orders as usual
• Select product > Add to cart and enter purchase notes > Select VC Coin balance payment
• Continue the payment until it's finished, confirm by entering your 6-digit account security PIN
• Congratulations, your VCGamers payment transaction has been completed

• Insert your ATM card and 6 digit PIN
• Choose Other Transactions
• Choose Transfer
• Choose Go to BCA Virtual Account
• Insert Virtual Account Number (One VA Number is only valid for one Transaction Number)

• Enter the transfer amount according to the bill amount
• Congratulations, your VA BCA payment transaction has been completed, and don't forget to save the receipt as proof of payment

• Insert your ATM card and 6 digit PIN
• Choose Other Menus
• Choose Transfer
• Choose Virtual Account Billing, then enter your VA BNI number
• Payment details will appear on the ATM machine screen
• If it is appropriate, confirm and then continue the transaction
• Congratulations, your VA BNI payment transaction has been completed, and don't forget to save the receipt as proof of payment

• After successfully entering BNI Mobile Banking
• Select Transfers
• Choose Virtual Account Billing, then enter your VA BNI number
• Payment details will appear afterwards
• If it is appropriate, confirm and enter Transaction Passwords
• Congratulations, your VA BCA payment transaction has been completed, and don't forget to screenshot the receipt as proof of payment

• After successfully logging into your BNI Internet Banking account
• Choose Transfer
• Choose Virtual Account Billing, then enter your VA BNI number
• Then select the account that will be used, then click Carry on
• Payment details will appear on the screen
• Insert Token Authentication Code
• Congratulations, your VA BNI payment transaction has been completed, and don't forget to print/save the receipt as proof of payment

Through BRI ATM transfers

• Select the Other Transaction menu, then select the Payment menu.
• Select the More Menu, then select the Briva menu.
• Enter the account number with the Virtual Account number then select Correct.
• Make sure the payment amount is correct.
• When the payment confirmation appears, please select Yes.
• Yeayy! The transaction has been completed and please take proof of payment.

Through Internet Banking

• Login to Internet Banking, then select Payment Menu
  Then select the Brivia menu.
• Enter the account number with the Virtual Account number then click Submit.
• Make sure the payment amount is correct.
• Enter the internet banking password and mToken.

Through Mobile Banking

• Please login to Mobile Banking, then select the Payment menu
  After that, click the Brivia menu.
• Enter the account number with the Virtual Account number and don't forget to write down the nominal amount on the invoice.

Via Desktops:

• You will see a QR code when selecting payment using SPayLater
• Open the Shopee application on your cellphone, then click Scan QR
• Point the HP camera at the QR code in your browser
• Check the payment details on your Shopee app, then click Continue
