Arena is one of the products of VCGamers that allows users to create or join tournaments. Users can create teams to improve their skills by competing and earning prize pools in matches in the Arena.
Arena is one of the products of VCGamers that allows users to create or join tournaments. Users can create teams to improve their skills by competing and earning prize pools in matches in the Arena.
Inside the Arena there are 2 main features, namely: Tournaments and Teams.
Tournaments are features that can be used by users to hold or take part in competitions.
This feature is a forum for users to create and or join a team that has been created to take part in a tournament.
Use an account that has been registered on the VCGamers Website.
Each Team in the arena has no restrictions on participating in more than 1 tournament.
Participants who have registered for the tournament cannot cancel participating in the tournament.
Tournaments that have been approved by VCGamers cannot be canceled by the tournament organizer.
There is no need to shop with a minimum transaction on the marketplace to use Arena.
Tournament
- Approve are your tournaments that have been approved by the admin and have met the requirements given by the admin. In categories Approve also consists of 7 menus including: Approval, Upcoming, Registration Open, Registration Closed, Ongoing, Completed, and Canceled.
- Request are your tournaments that are still waiting for approval from the admin. On category Request this admin will see the details of the tournament and what conditions you have met. In categories Request it also consists of 3 menus including: All Requests, Waiting for Approval, and Rejected.
- The admin will check the completed tournaments
- The admin will contact the tournament organizer
- Prizes will be sent directly by the admin to each tournament winner in the form of VC Coin (VC Coin can be immediately withdrawn by the tournament winner)

- Enter a category team
- Click +Create New Team to go to the forms page Create a Team
- Fill the form Create a Team in full, according to your team
- Click Create a Team, to go to your team main page
- Enter a category team
- Click +Create New Team to go to the forms page Create a Team

- Enter a category team
- Select the teams within the category List of Popular Teams and List of All Teams
- If you have found the Team you want to join, click it Join Team
- Wait until the team leader approves you to join their team
- If the team leader has agreed, the team you entered will be inside My Team List
- In sections Popular Teams will be divided into 2 categories, namely Popular Teams (Manual by admin) & Popular Teams (automatically by applied rules).
- Popular Team (Manual by admin) is the selected team section selected by the admin.
- Popular Teams (automatically by the rules applied) are all teams that have the opportunity to become the favorite team by completing the conditions given to be part of the popular team.
- Click Tournament, to go to the Tournament List page
- To find the tournament you want to take part in, you can use the feature Find Tournaments
- You can also use features Tournament Status, tournament Upcoming to Completed
- And you can also choose the tournament with the prize you want by using the feature Select Prize Range
- Click Tournament, to go to the Tournament List page
- Click my Tournament, to enter the tournament page that you have participated in
- Select the tournament you want to see the schedule for
- Click View Schedule, to see your team's schedule
- Click Tournament, to go to the Tournament List page
- Select the tournament you want to take part in
- Click Enter the Tournament
- Check if you understand Terms and Conditions
- Click Take the Tournament
- Select the Team you want to register for the tournament
- Click Tournament List, to enter the main page of the tournament
- Enter a category team
- Enter into My Team List, to enter the Team page that you have
- Click Visit Teams, to go to your team main page
- Click features Members
- Click Invite New Members, to go to the search page for the member you want to invite to the team
- Search for members by account name/email
- Click Invite+
- Enter a category team
- Enter into My Team List, to enter the Team page that you have
- Click Visit Teams, to go to your team main page
- Click Change Team Info
- The admin will check the completed tournaments
- Admin will contact the tournament winner
- Prizes will be sent directly by the admin to each tournament winner in the form of VC Coin (VC Coin can be immediately withdrawn by the tournament winner)
