The Ōtsutsuki are the most powerful clan, surpassing even all other ninja clans. This is because they originate from outer space and possess god-like powers.
Some of the strongest members of the Ōtsutsuki clan:
Kaguya Otsutsuki: Ancestor chakra, has the ability to manipulate space and time.
Hagoromo Otsutsuki: Known as the Rikudō Sennin, the creator of Ninjutsu and the founder of the ninja world.
