{"id":2912,"date":"2023-11-17T22:38:33","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T22:38:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vcgamers.com\/about\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=2912"},"modified":"2026-04-27T17:19:33","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T10:19:33","password":"","slug":"fitur-pengiriman-instant","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.vcgamers.com\/about\/bantuan-docs\/fitur-pengiriman-instant\/","title":{"rendered":"Fitur Pengiriman Instant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pengiriman Instant adalah fitur dari VCGamers yang berfungsi mempermudah penjual dalam mengirimkan pesanan ke pembeli.<\/p>\n<p>Penjual hanya perlu memasukkan Kode Voucher dengan stok yang dimiliki melalui menu yang telah disediakan, kemudian Kode Voucher tersebut akan terkirim secara otomatis oleh sistem ke pembeli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Syarat Ketentuan<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seller yang dapat menggunakan fitur ini adalah seller yang telah memiliki minimal 50 transaksi selesai dengan minimal persentase keberhasilan 90%.<\/li>\n<li>Jika seller menonaktifkan varian produk dengan label Instant, maka membutuhkan jeda \u00b11 menit apabila ingin mengaktifkannya kembali.<\/li>\n<li>Apabila terjadi kecurangan dalam bertransaksi atau penjual kedapatan memasukkan kode yang salah dan mengakibatkan pesanan dimoderasi secara terus menerus, maka pihak VCGamers berhak menonaktifkan fitur pengiriman Instant.<\/li>\n<li>VCGamers berhak memilih toko dan produk yang dapat menggunakan fitur pengiriman Instant berdasarkan kriteria tertentu.<\/li>\n<li>VCGamers berhak mengubah\/menambah peraturan yang berlaku tanpa adanya pemberitahuan sebelumnya.<\/li>\n<li>Transaksi yang berhasil dilakukan dengan fitur pengiriman Instant hanya dianggap sebagai transaksi sukses, tanpa mempengaruhi kecepatan rata-rata pengiriman.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara Mengaktifkan Fitur Instant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apabila toko sudah memenuhi syarat, maka fitur tersebut dapat diaktifkan melalui langkah-langkah sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pergi ke halaman Toko\/Shop.<\/li>\n<li>Pilih tab\u00a0<strong>Request<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Instan Product<\/strong>\u00a0&gt; Ajukan Permintaan.<\/li>\n<li>Permintaan fitur akan diaktifkan oleh Admin VCGamers maksimal dalam 2 hari kerja sejak diajukan.<\/li>\n<li>Apabila telah disetujui, pada menu Tambah\/Edit produk akan muncul tombol Switch On\/Off fitur instant &gt; Geser ke kanan untuk mengaktifkan.<\/li>\n<li>Kemudian pilih menu\u00a0<strong>Manage Kode Voucher<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Input PIN<\/strong>\u00a0&gt; Input kode voucher &gt; Periksa jumlah kode &gt; Input &gt; Close &gt;\u00a0<strong>Simpan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Kamu bisa menarik kode yang telah diupload melalui tombol Tarik Kode yang tersedia, apabila kode tidak dapat digunakan kembali guna menghindari pelanggaran seperti yang dijelaskan pada point 3 bagian Syarat Ketentuan penggunaan fitur ini.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk bantuan dan informasi lebih lanjut, silahkan menghubungi kami melalui menu\u00a0<a href=\"support@vcgamers.com\" data-wpel-link=\"exclude\">Hubungi Kami<\/a>\u00a0yang tersedia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pengiriman Instant adalah fitur dari VCGamers yang berfungsi mempermudah penjual dalam mengirimkan pesanan ke pembeli.
