Job Description

  • Work arrangement: Onsite (Kemang Pratama, Bekasi)
  • Research and build a database of potential KOLs across social media platforms
  • Maintain and update KOL data in a structured and accurate database
  • Conduct direct outreach and follow-ups with KOLs for collaboration opportunities
  • Communicate and align basic collaboration details with potential KOLs
  • Review, verify, and process CUAN mission/content submissions from KOLs
  • Actively monitor social media channels and drive audience engagement
  • Ensure all administrative requirements for collaborations are up to date, including PKS (agreements), invoices, and related documents
  • Achieve assigned individual monthly targets for KOL listings, collaborations, and and program deliverables

Job Requirement

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, influencer/KOL marketing, and the gaming industry
  • Actively uses social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of engagement metrics, content performance, and audience targeting
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional tone (chat-based communication)
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable managing databases
  • Able to work with targets and deadlines

Job Description

  • Validate and reproduce reported bugs, and document them clearly.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating test cases based on product updates or feature changes.
  • Support the QA team in testing sprint tasks, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Ensure implemented features align with the given requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Help monitor and document issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to clarify issues and requirements.

Job Requirement

  • Basic understanding of software testing or QA processes.
  • Able to understand product requirements and translate them into testing scenarios.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiar with gaming and gaming marketplace platforms.
  • Familiar with test case documentation and bug reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of API testing or SQL.
  • Familiar with issue tracking or documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, etc.).
