Our marketplace facilitates these needs and provides a secure environment for trading.<\/p>\n<p><!-- notionvc: 46cc7001-d46c-4fa3-9850-4c467478b9b3 --><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Plan, Manage, Report &amp; Evaluate User Happiness Team Activities.<\/li>\n<li>Increase retention rates.<\/li>\n<li>Improve the service quality of the User Happiness team.<\/li>\n<li>Checking the routine of the User Happiness Team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for User Happiness member performance to Compensation and Benefit.<\/li>\n<li>Working on User Happiness Lead routines<\/li>\n<li>Recruit User Happiness members (if needed).<\/li>\n<li>Improve workflow according to User Happiness SOP.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with external partners related to User Happiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Minimum Bachelor&#8217;s degree in any major.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service\/Customer Experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead position.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Experience in the gaming, e-commerce, or tech startup industries is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Skills &amp; Competencie<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1owt9nz\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"67\">Able to develop, implement, and evaluate customer service SOPs.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1d4yijn\" data-start=\"68\" data-end=\"168\">Able to create team performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and present them to management.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b2o6ll\" data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"272\">Understands and is able to analyze CX metrics such as CSAT, NPS, FCR, and response\/resolution time.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"5y31iz\" data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"357\">Familiar with Customer Support tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms).<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"eqqyj2\" data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"427\">Able to conduct recruitment and candidate selection for the team.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jefsm8\" data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"515\">Understands compensation &amp; benefits concepts in relation to performance evaluation.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"czcdr0\" data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"597\">Strong leadership skills \u2014 able to guide, motivate, and develop team members.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ai1y5o\" data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"706\">Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including managing relationships with external partners.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xh9h8k\" data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"742\">Data-driven in decision-making.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ch3pvf\" data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"815\">Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"n3ft69\" data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"883\">Detail-oriented in monitoring team routines and SOP compliance.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7t3os2\" data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"944\">Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h42bvs\" data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1009\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Understands the ecosystem and business of the gaming industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About VCGamers VCGamers is a digital game marketplace platform that connects sellers and buyers for safe and convenient transactions.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6,8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12301","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-full-time","category-in-house"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
