Proses Kilat<\/strong> is a premium feature that provides buyers with a guarantee that orders will be sent in less than 10 minutes by the seller.<\/p>\r\n

If delivery exceeds the 10 minute time limit, the buyer has the right to cancel the order unilaterally.<\/p>\r\n

Products that enable the feature Proses Kilat<\/strong> will be given special labels and markers, making it easier for buyers to recognize products that meet the requirements for this fast delivery.<\/p>\r\n

1. Store Requirements for Using the Express Process Feature<\/h4>\r\n

In order to use the Express Process feature, stores must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\r\n

  • \r\n
      \r\n
    • Order success rate \u2265 90%<\/strong> in the last 7 days.<\/li>\r\n
    • Minimum 50 successful transactions<\/strong> on eligible products in the last 7 days.<\/li>\r\n
    • Maximum processing time is 10 minutes for a minimum of 80% of total orders received.<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
    • Have active products<\/strong> that are appropriate and meet the permitted categories.<\/li>\r\n
    • Have no active violations<\/strong> or other limitations of the system.<\/li>\r\n
    • Feature requests will be enabled<\/strong> by VCGamers Admin within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of submission.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      2. Shipping Responsibility<\/h4>\r\n

      If delivery exceeds 10 minutes, any losses due to delay will be borne by full responsibility of the seller<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

      3. Cancellation by Seller<\/h4>\r\n

      Order cancellation due to:<\/p>\r\n

      • \r\n
          \r\n
        • Wrong Price<\/li>\r\n
        • Out of stock<\/li>\r\n
        • The Store Will Close<\/li>\r\n
        • Negligence of the seller<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          will affect the performance and usage status of this feature<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

          4. Moderation and Buyer Complaints<\/h4>\r\n

          If the seller accepts 10 orders<\/strong> or more that moderated<\/strong> or complained<\/strong> or canceled<\/strong> at the same time (at the same hour), the feature will temporarily disabled<\/strong> and is counted as poor performance.<\/p>\r\n

          5. Accuracy of delivery and proof<\/h4>\r\n

          If the seller sends a product that is not suitable and\/or cannot attach proof of delivery requested by the VCGamers team, it will affect the performance and usage status of this feature<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

          6. Misuse of Features<\/h4>\r\n

          Seller forbidden<\/strong> use the Flash Process feature on every product in the category Top Up Login<\/strong> to avoid order cancellations while the transaction is being processed and\/or causing complaints from buyers after the order status becomes Completed.<\/p>\r\n

          If there are indications fraud or actions that harm buyers<\/strong>, then the feature can permanently revoked<\/strong> without tolerance.<\/p>\r\n

          7. Evaluation Based on Negative Reports<\/h4>\r\n

          VCGamers can perform performance evaluation based on negative reports from buyers<\/strong>, including complaints, refunds, and other bad experiences.<\/p>\r\n

          8. Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/h4>\r\n

          VCGamers has the right to change, adjust or enforce new terms. without prior notice<\/strong>, and have full authority<\/strong>\u00a0in determining which stores or products can use the Express Process feature.<\/p>\r\n

          \u26a0\ufe0f Evaluation and Sanctions for Poor Performance<\/h4>\r\n

          Sellers who do not comply with the provisions of the Express Process Feature may be subject to the following sanctions:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          • If the application is approved, the seller can add or edit product variations<\/strong>, then activate the feature Proses Kilat<\/strong> with slide the switch button to the right<\/strong>\u00a0on the toggle available on the product page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
