- Users are required to have an active VCGamers account to use certain services within VCGamers Donate.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Users are required to provide accurate, correct, complete and up-to-date information.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Users are required to maintain the security of their accounts, passwords, OTP codes, and other authentication information.<\/span><\/li>\n
- VCGamers reserves the right to carry out identity verification, account verification, or additional checks at any time if deemed necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n

Donations may or may not include rewards determined by the Creator. All transactions are voluntary and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\nChanges and Termination of Services<\/b><\/h3>\n
VCGamers reserves the right to change, add, delete, or stop any or all of the services, either temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\nUsers understand that VCGamers is not responsible for any impacts arising from changes or termination of services as long as they comply with applicable legal provisions.<\/span><\/p>\nCompliance with Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

Users are prohibited from using the VCGamers Donate service for purposes or activities that are unlawful, detrimental to others, or contrary to Platform policies. Specifically, Users are prohibited from doing the following:<\/span><\/p>\nIllegal Activities and Fraud<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Committing fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, carding, or other illegal financial activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Using the service for fictitious transactions, Donation manipulation, or payment system engineering.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Performing chargebacks or canceling transactions without a valid basis.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Using a fake identity or someone else's without permission.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Misuse of Systems and Platforms<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Carrying out hacking, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or activities that compromise the security of the Platform.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Accessing systems, data, or accounts without permission.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate Platform transactions or activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Taking any action that could overload, damage, or disrupt VCGamers' servers and infrastructure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Prohibited Content<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Uploading or distributing pornographic content, child exploitation, extreme violence, or explicit nudity.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Content containing hate speech, SARA, discrimination, or provocation of conflict.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Content that encourages or facilitates criminal or unlawful acts.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Abuse of Donate Transactions<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Directing Donors to make Donations in a misleading, coercive, or manipulative manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Creating fake donation schemes or fictitious fundraising activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Using Donations for purposes other than those informed to the Donor.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Doing Donation engineering to increase the balance unreasonably.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Prohibited Products and Activities<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Gambling or activities related to illegal betting.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Narcotics, illegal drugs, or drugs without official permission.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Firearms, explosives, or other dangerous goods.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Counterfeit goods, trademark infringement products, or other illegal products.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Activities that violate the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Reputational Violations and Other Abuses<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Using the Platform to harm the reputation of VCGamers, other users, or third parties.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Spreading false, slanderous, or hoax information regarding the Platform or other users.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Abusing Platform features for unauthorized personal gain.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Selling, transferring, or exploiting the service without the written permission of VCGamers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Consequences of Violation<\/b><\/p>\n
VCGamers reserves the right to take action against violations of these provisions, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Warning to users<\/span><\/li>\n
- Content removal<\/span><\/li>\n
- Account suspension or blocking<\/span><\/li>\n
- Freezing or withholding of funds<\/span><\/li>\n

Creator Rights and Obligations<\/b><\/h2>\n
By activating and using the VCGamers Donate service, Creators have the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Receive Donations from Donors through the Platform.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Access features and services available to Creators in accordance with applicable provisions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- View transaction history, Donation reports, and balance information available on the Creator account.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Submit a request for disbursement of funds in accordance with the procedures and provisions applicable on the Platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
As a service user, Creators are required to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Provide correct, accurate, complete and up-to-date data, information and documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Maintain account security and be responsible for all activities carried out through the account.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Comply with all terms of service, Platform policies, and applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Fully responsible for all content, information, campaigns, and activities published through the Donation page.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Do not use the service for purposes that are unlawful, misleading, detrimental to other parties, or contrary to the Platform's terms.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The Creator understands and agrees that all programs, prizes, rewards, benefits, promotions, and other forms of appreciation offered to Donors are the full responsibility of the Creator.<\/span><\/p>\nVCGamers is not responsible for relationships, agreements, implementation of promises, or disputes that occur between Creators and Donors outside the service functions provided by the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\nRights and Obligations of Donors<\/b><\/h2>\n
By using the VCGamers Donate service, Donors have the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Donate to Creators through the Platform.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Get information regarding the status and history of Donation transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Submit questions, reports, or complaints regarding the use of services through the official channels provided by VCGamers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
As a service user, Donors are required to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Provide correct, accurate and up-to-date data and information when making transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Confirm the identity of the target Creator, the donation amount, and transaction information before making a payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Use valid and legally owned payment methods.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Comply with all terms of service, Platform policies, and applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Do not carry out fake transactions, manipulate transactions, misuse payment methods, chargebacks without a legitimate basis, or other activities that are detrimental to the Platform or other users.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Donors understand that Donations are given voluntarily to Creators and in principle cannot be cancelled or requested back once the transaction has been successfully processed.<\/span><\/p>\nVCGamers Rights and Obligations<\/b><\/h2>\n
As a VCGamers Donate service provider, VCGamers has the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Verify user data and identity at any time, including requesting necessary supporting documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Suspend, restrict, freeze, or deactivate user accounts that are proven or suspected of violating the Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or internal policies.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Remove or modify content that is deemed to be unlawful, violates third party rights, or does not comply with Platform policies.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Make changes, adjustments, restrictions, or termination of some or all of the services with or without prior notice.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Withhold, cancel, or reject transactions or disbursements of funds if indications of suspicious activity, fraud, violations of the law, or misuse of services are found.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Charge service fees, transaction fees, fund disbursement fees, and other fees in accordance with applicable provisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
As a service provider, VCGamers is obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Providing and maintaining services so that they can be used by users in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of user personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Process transactions and disburse funds according to applicable procedures, unless there are technical problems, investigations, or other circumstances beyond VCGamers' control.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Notify users of significant changes to services, policies, or Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Handle user reports, questions and complaints through official support channels provided by VCGamers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Payment and Withdrawal Terms<\/b><\/h2>\nPayment Terms<\/b><\/h3>\n
VCGamers is not a payment gateway provider. All donation transactions made through the Platform are processed by payment service providers who collaborate with VCGamers and are licensed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\nBy making transactions through VCGamers Donate, Users understand and agree that payment transactions are also subject to the terms and conditions set by each payment service provider.<\/span><\/p>\nTransaction records recorded in the VCGamers system and\/or payment partner systems are valid evidence of the success or failure of a transaction.<\/span><\/p>\nIf there are any problems or disputes regarding payments, Users can contact VCGamers customer service to get assistance and follow-up according to applicable procedures.<\/span><\/p>\nDonation Terms<\/b><\/h3>\n
Donations that have been successfully processed are final and cannot be cancelled or returned (non-refundable), unless required by applicable law or based on VCGamers policy after an investigation has been carried out.<\/span><\/p>\nVCGamers has the right to reject, withhold, cancel, or review transactions that are suspected of violating the law, containing elements of fraud, misuse of payment methods, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\nWithdrawal Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n
Donation funds received will be recorded as Creator Balance on the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\nFund disbursement can only be done by Creators who have completed the account verification process according to applicable provisions.<\/span><\/p>\nFund disbursement can only be made to a bank account or other payment method registered in the Creator's name and has been verified by VCGamers within 1\u00d724 business hours.<\/span><\/p>\nVCGamers reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits, withdrawal schedules, and other requirements related to the withdrawal process.<\/span><\/p>\n
