{"id":11758,"date":"2026-02-23T15:59:19","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T08:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vcgamers.com\/about\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=11758"},"modified":"2026-10-26T18:05:42","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T11:05:42","password":"","slug":"fitur-vip-seller","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.vcgamers.com\/about\/en\/bantuan-docs\/vip-seller-features\/","title":{"rendered":"VIP Seller Features"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">The VIP Seller feature is a feature for sellers that has the following advantages:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>API Integration:<\/strong> Sellers can integrate APIs independently so that the shipping process can run automatically, without the need to manually process each order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>VIP Badge:<\/strong> Sellers will get a VIP badge on their store profile, thereby increasing buyer trust and encouraging them to choose stores that have the badge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>How to Get VIP Seller Features<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore a Seller can get the VIP Seller Feature, there are several requirements that must be met:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Email and phone number have been verified by VCGamers system.<\/li>\n<li>VCGamers account has been active for more than 60 days.<\/li>\n<li>The bank account used must be in the same name as the KTP (or other identification when verifying the store) for the purposes of disbursing the Store Balance.<\/li>\n<li>Total store sales at VCGamers have reached more than Rp10,000,000.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum store rating 4.5.<\/li>\n<li>Average delivery speed is less than 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the Seller has met the above requirements, the Seller can apply for VIP Seller feature activation by:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Open the Shop page.<\/li>\n<li>See the Features menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click the VIP Seller sub-menu.<\/li>\n<li>Check the status of the requirements that have or have not been met.<\/li>\n<li>If all the conditions have been checked, press the Submit Feature button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">VIP Seller Feature applications are processed within 2 business days (Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays are not included).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Terms of Use for VIP Seller Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Sellers are required to start using the Seller API within <strong>2 working days<\/strong> from the time the VIP Seller feature is activated, or according to another deadline agreed upon with the VCGamers team. Usage is calculated based on successful API requests.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the API credentials (API key and secret) and not share them with any other party. All activities using the Seller&#039;s credentials are the Seller&#039;s responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Sellers are required to follow any Seller API updates as per VCGamers official documentation before the announced deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Problems arising from the Seller&#039;s system or integration are the Seller&#039;s responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>VIP Seller Feature Removal<\/strong><br \/>\nVCGamers has the right to revoke the VIP Seller feature, including the VIP badge, if:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>There is no API usage activity within 2 business days of the feature being activated, or past the agreed deadline.<\/li>\n<li>There was no API usage activity during <strong>2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0day<\/strong> consecutively after previously being active.<\/li>\n<li>Sellers no longer meet the requirements, such as store ratings below 4.5 or average shipping speeds exceeding 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Found API abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of VCGamers terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sellers whose VIP Seller features have been revoked can file an appeal after fulfilling all requirements.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the Seller experiences problems regarding the VIP Seller feature, contact the Support team via email. <a href=\"mailto:support@vcgamers.com\">support@vcgamers.com<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The VIP Seller feature is a feature for sellers that has the following advantages: API integration: Sellers can do...<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"doc_category":[28],"doc_tag":[],"class_list":["post-11758","docs","type-docs","status-publish","hentry","doc_category-marketplace"],"year_month":"2026-10","word_count":390,"total_views":0,"reactions":{"happy":0,"normal":0,"sad":0},"author_info":{"name":"VCGamers","author_nicename":"admin","author_url":"https:\/\/www.vcgamers.com\/about\/en\/author\/admin\/"},"doc_category_info":[{"term_name":"Produk Digital","term_url":"https:\/\/www.vcgamers.com\/about\/en\/bantuan-cats\/marketplace\/"}],"doc_tag_info":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
